He / she should hold a return air ticket and have sufficient funds [currency / travellers cheques / credit card] for the stay here. Mode of Issue Genuine tourists from countries listed in Schedule 'A' are permitted entry upon their arrival in Sri Lanka for a period of 30 days. Those visiting for purposes other than a holiday should get prior Visit Visas.
